New Kwazulu-Natal airport to unlock investor value in the area
Next month’s opening of the R8-billion King Shaka International Airport is a boost to Durban’s North Coast and will drive demand for property in the upmarket area, according to Adrian Goslett, regional director and CEO of RE/MAX Southern Africa.
“The new airport, which is 10 minutes from the Zimbali Coastal Resort’s doorstep, will contribute to an increased demand for property in the area, especially as the government has said they are focused on attracting more international airlines to the airport,” Goslett said.
RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors recently passed a stringent assessment process enabling one of its agents to sell property within the Zimbali Coastal Resort.
With 465 hectares of unspoilt land, golf courses, wildlife, hotels and magnificent homes, there are hundreds of reasons why Zimbali Coastal Resort is KwaZulu-Natal’s playground.

The accreditation is expected to boost RE/MAX turnover by a few hundred million each year.
